Shaded Cultivation for Superior Matcha Quality

We offer both non-organic and organic bulk green tea leaves, allowing you to choose the best option that suits your business needs. While each grade of our bulk matcha tea differs in flavor and color, the quality and health benefits remain uncompromised. Our green tea bushes are shaded before harvest to preserve high levels of theanine and amino acids, ensuring our matcha retains its signature sweetness and vibrant green hue.

Innovative Variety Development and Organic Fertilization

We ensure premium matcha by combining modern agricultural science with traditional methods. We develop new green tea varieties to enhance flavor, color, and nutritional value, while our use of organic fertilizers enriches the soil and supports sustainable growth. Our unique process boosts natural nutrients, enhancing the matcha's vibrant color and umami flavor. Every batch of SBY Matcha is crafted with a focus on purity, sustainability, and exceptional quality, delivering a superior product from farm to cup.
