Our Matcha Grade

Know Your Matcha

For crafting the ideal cup of matcha for your café or business, the quality of the matcha powder is essential. Matcha comes in various grades—organic, high grade, premium, and baking—each tailored to different uses. Ultra-premium matcha offers the finest quality with a smooth, non-bitter flavor, while premium grade is still high quality with a slightly more pronounced bitterness. Baking grade is the most affordable, often containing added sugars and flavors to balance its bitterness. Each grade serves a unique purpose, so reach out to us for further guidance.

Settling of Matcha

Matcha powder consists of fine tea fibers that naturally settle over time due to gravity. This is a normal phenomenon.
